WHY I AM RUNNING

I have been asked many times why I have decided to run for the District 5 Seat of the Cleveland City Council. My answer is very simple. I desire to work to increase the way of life for the citizens of our city while creating as many opportunities for the next generation as the prior generations have provided for myself, my family, and each of us that call Cleveland home.

Our country is in such turmoil, it is difficult to even watch the nightly news. However, we are fortunate to be able to live, work, worship, and play in a community such as Cleveland. If we do not continue to remain focused on our present needs, responsible future growth, while remembering our past, we run the risk of facing some of the same challenges other parts of the country do today.

Cleveland is where I want my children, and hopefully grandchildren, to experience life. I believe it is one of the best places to live. This at its core is why I want to serve the people of Cleveland and humbly ask for your vote to do so.
